Origin

This Merlot is designated a Pays d’Oc Protected Geographical Indication wine. The particular character of this wine is derived from its region of origin, the Languedoc, whose climate is predominantly Mediterranean with very hot, dry summers and mild autumns, winters and springs. Selection is a key stage in the production process, providing us with grapes from which we can draw out jammy, as well as crisp, pungent fruity aromas.

Vinification

Made from a blend of wines produced by a traditional fermentation and a thermo-vinification. We are seeking to achieve a balance between fruit and structure, which will bring out the finest expression of the grape variety.

Chardonnay

Origin

The Chardonnay is a very special aromatic grape variety as it can grow well in many different climates. The typical character of this Chardonnay Vin de France is derived from the blending and the vinification processes which result in a perfect balance of fruit and acidity.

Vinification

The grapes are chilled before undergoing a gentle pressing. After cold settling, alcoholic fermentation is carried out at low temperature. 1 to 3 months ageing enables the development of secondary aromas.

LUPE-CHOLET Cabernet Sauvignon

It has an extremely deep purple red color, almost black. Very fresh and young, it has perfumes of coffee and red peppercorn. With a stout, fat body, it has a marvelous tannic structure with great concentration.

LUPE-CHOLET Chardonnay

It has a light yellow color with green edges. Very fresh, it has good tasty fruit with blossom, peach and strawberry. The body is round, fleshy and easy-flowing. It can accompany fish of all types, shellfish and white meats. Serve at 12° C.
