NEW LIFE HALLS<\/em> is the first building in Cyprus that is certified as Ecologically Green (A building with Nearly Zero Energy Consumption) and specially designed for students. It is located just 800 meters from the European University at 22, Vyzantiou Street, Strovolos, Nicosia, next to basic services such as Banks, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Cafes and Public Services.<\/p>\n

The building has four floors and the following areas may be found therein: 52 Student Rooms, a Reception Area, a Gym, a Reading-Study Room, a Cafeteria, an Underground Parking Space and a protected Parking Facility for Bicycles as well as specially designed laundry facilities.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Moreover, in the rooms there are large closets (Linen Closets), and in the basement there is a specially designed luggage storage area. The kitchen includes double built-in electric oven with an electric fan, a built-in microwave with grill and a built-in double-door fridge-freezer. In addition to the internet, electricity and water supply are included in the price. The tenants shall also have free access to the NEW LIFE HALLS<\/em> indoor gym and the New Life Health Centre, the most modern and up-to-date gym in Cyprus.
